Scope of AMCL’s services

AMCL’s role is limited to non-regulated commercial, organisational and strategic consultancy. This includes, for example, transaction readiness, governance design, organisational structuring, process documentation and commercial/“legal-awareness” support as set out in our Services pages.

  • Engagement letters and proposals clearly define our role and any excluded activities.
  • Clients are encouraged, and may be required, to appoint their own independent legal, tax and regulated financial advisers where appropriate.
  • Where such advisers are appointed, AMCL works alongside them with a clearly delineated scope to avoid overlap with regulated advice or legal practice.
